Network Programs

We focus on care coordination, aging-in-place, caregiver resources, health and safety education, and referrals between local organizations. By working together as a network, we reduce overlapping effort and close gaps in care.

Care Coordination Program

Our Care Coordination program supports community members age 65 years and older who have complex medical needs and challenges navigating healthcare and support systems. When someone is referred into the program, Network members create a shared understanding of that person’s needs and coordinate services across organizations to reduce confusion and ensure support is aligned and responsive.

If you or someone you know may benefit from care coordination or if you are a provider and interested in collaborating, please fill out our contact form.

Caregiver Workforce Program

  • Healthcare Careers Class

Do you have a student at Liberty Bell High School who’s curious about healthcare or helping others?

In partnership with the Methow Valley School District, the Network supports an Introduction to Healthcare Careers course for students in grades 9–12. This pilot program launched in January 2026, gives students a chance to explore a wide range of healthcare career paths - both here in the Methow Valley and beyond.

Students get hands-on experience through skill-building activities, CPR training led by Aero Methow Rescue Service, and opportunities to participate in local healthcare internships. It’s a practical, engaging way for students to see what working in healthcare can really look like.

  • Home Care Aide (HCA) Training Program

Are you interested in becoming a paid caregiver, or are you supporting (or planning to support) an aging loved one at home? Our online Home Care Aide (HCA) training program is open to community members and family caregivers alike. It’s a self-paced, 75-hour online course that you can complete from home, on a schedule that works for you. The Network offers extra support and hands-on skill preparation to help you feel confident and ready for the state certification exam.

Becoming an HCA allows individuals to work in long-term care facilities, such as Jamie’s Place, or provide in-home care support to aging individuals / family in our community.

To help address financial barriers, we reimburse the cost of the training program and the state testing fees.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program

Do you currently hold a Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA) license and feel ready to take the next step in your caregiving career? Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Bridge Training Program is a five-day, in-person course designed to help you advance your skills and transition from HCA to CNA. The program includes hands-on, supervised training in a clinical care setting, so you can build confidence in real-world skills.

The State CNA skills test is included, which means you can complete the training and the required state skills testing (State written test is required to obtain a CNA license) in just one week. To help remove financial barriers, the Network covers the cost of tuition, state testing fees, and one night of lodging if travel to an out-of-valley clinical site is required.
